Actually, the fact that Revelation ends with that very curse, that manipulative mind-virus identical to those found in superstitious chain letters, is one of the major factors that brought it into question as an authentic work of Scripture.

I tend to agree with the Orthodox that it has some scriptural value, but how much it has is not very clear.
