And where did you get this idea from? If I understand you correctly you are saying that God is contradictory because the fact remains is that God who is love cannot Be Jealous if Love is not Jealous. If you are correct than you meet my point which is that the Bible is not perfect.

If the Bible is perfect as most who claim to believe in Jesus claims than that would have been made clear in the text.

The God you are describing sounds like someone who is one way one moment and another way the next or better said He is NOT The same yesterday and forevermore.

When describing his characteristics he cannot either be Jealous or Not Jealous because HE IS. Meaning his character can never change but his actions or how he expresses himself can. Only humans can change and then again we can't. We will always be who we are no matter how many times we try to hide it. Also it would mean we are not being real if we are one way with someone than another with someone else.
