Well Dakota, I have to say that I for one have had some very radical view changes thanks quite directly to the members of this forum.

Let me mention some of the most significant:

1. I thought when I came here that all boylovers were created by childhood sex experience. I now know that this seems to NOT be the case for the majority.

2. I really struggled with self acceptance and a lot of that was because of how I was viewing my sexuality as monsterous. My view in this regard was a slow and difficult change... but knowing that I could happily be a Christain AND a boylover was quite a revolution for me... before that I was trying to be a Christian OVERCOMING boylove.

3. I am a conservative and there are posters here that have a very different view of what Scripture teaches about same sex relationships. Now I haven't been swayed into full agreement with them but boy has my view shifted from where it started. I've learnt that things which seemed "self-evident" to me were infact flawed traditions with little connection to the "proof texts" that were used to justify them. I also came to see that I can fellowship quite happily with brothers that have a radically different view on a significant theological issue to myself.

So I have changed both educationally, emotionally/psychologically and theologically since coming to cblf. I'm very grateful for the discussion that goes on here. Many of my ideas are developed, refined and directed by the advice I get from this place. I'm also very grateful for folks like yourself and newgeorge who ALWAYS lend some intelligent and passionate insite into my world and really challenge me and get me thinging.
