The problem with your point of view is that you have gone ahead and assumed that the cases which would be least beneficial to your position are oddities whereas those that seem to support it are the norm. You have absolutely no evidence one way or the other, so you choose to call that which does not support your opinion an oddity while that which does normal. That's just not how things work if you want to examine something objectively.

Yes, I know of many examples of people who desired a sexual relationship with an adult as a child, gay literature is filled with them and quite a few well known individuals have spoken about it, not to mention the individuals I know personally. Sure, I also know of people who had no such desire and would not have welcomed it. But here is the difference between me and you. Since I lack enough evidence to say which is the norm and which the oddity, I choose not to make any claims about it either way. You, on the other hand, are quick to claim that those things that support your view are prevalent and everything else an oddity.

boys who have not yet hit puberty have no interest in sex beyond curiosity and whatever makes their penis feel good

There you go again.

My friends and I had an intense interest in sex starting in third grade (which would make us about 8 or 9 I think). Oh yeah...that must be an oddity right? How do you know that your experience isn't the oddity? Therein lies the problem, you choose to accept your experience, the experiences of those you know, your assumptions, or just whatever fits your pet theory best as the norm and everything else as an oddity. That's just not how life works. To know that something is common and something else odd requires more than just belief, it requires some sort of evidence. To simply assume that what best fits your theory is what is most common is a poor practice.
