I don't think that God puts sexuality so high on his list of priorities as we do. Basic sex instinct is hopelessly overrated by the world generally (media etc) and I think God is much more interested in the whole person into which he is asking us to integrate our innate sexual instinct for the good of others (and therefore ourselves too of course). Even married couples are called to celibacy after a few years (with some exceptions perhaps)and most certainly BL's are.
No sexual contact with children can ever be acceptable (though some boys out there are entitled to disagree with that (I myself know one who does.) I'm still not sure if that is actually what Clolibre is condoning though.
