heres what i'd do: give the guy a month to get a job. if he doesnt tell him he's gotta find a new place to live.

if and when he decides to find a job, u can charge him a reasonable rent...or give him a reasonable period to find another place.

make sure u have a calm conversation about this one on one. ur not helping him be enabling his laziness. he needs to grow up and start supporting himself.
