Yes Perverted Justice is just Perverted, they use the same concept in dealing with drug addicts, prostitution and others. They dangle something in a person's face like a carrot and see if he is going to bite. I have seen other shows do this as well and when you entice someone like that and then arrest them I think it is sick and yes even evil.
