Hey Godspell,

You did a post not too long ago on how you had to have a talk with your YF about his body odor situation, and I never had a chance to reply to it. I wanted to tell you that I had to go through the same thing with my "L" a few times. The worst time was when he came over one day and OMG, before he could even get his shoes off I could smell his feet! That boy had the worst case of stinkfoot I have ever smelled in my whole life! But then he took off his shoes and sat right down next to me...ugh! I had to argue with him for twenty minutes or so before he would go and take a shower. I remember I finally had to ask him "And you don't smell your feet? Seriously?" I knew he did, he was just being stuborn. I have no idea what it is about boys around 12 years old and this fear of soap and water, but with him it was like a phobia or something. And yeah....we had a talk....a real long talk about BO.
