Man, I only wish I still had all the old comic books I had as a kid. The last time I was in a comic book and sports card store, I recognised some of the books I had...and nearly fell out on the floor when I saw what they were asking for some of them. Good grief! If I had only known then what I know now. When my YF was around 11, 12 years old, we started collecting comic books together. It was one of the funnest things we had ever done, AND it was fun to read them together, too. He loved to sit really close to me while we both read the same book together. I wound up giving him all of the comics we collected together. I kind of lost interest when he left, but it was great while we were together. I still love comic book related movies, though.
