The only word wrong in this is "many." It should be better be 'some,' just to emphasize the low proportion of pedophiles who are low-intelligence. (Not differing statistically from the population at large, I shouldn't think). Of course, in a very large population, anything statistically rare will still generate a fair-sized number as an aggregate, so 'many' is not totally wrong, just rhetorically ill-advised.

I've harped on for years about how hard it is to protect low-intelligence BLs from their own impulses. It's another of the weird items this world serves up: someone with a mental age of 12, let's say, attracted to a 14-year-old who is making a pass at them. And that makes them a monster.

There are scarier creatures in the ocean, believe me. But not for our perverse generation.
