You honestly believe that there would be undercover cops roaming the streets with undercover boy cops acting as BL and YF in the hopes that a real bl will come along and flash them a bl sign? On top of that, you believe that if they did miraculously get a bl to flash them the bl sign that such an action would be enough for them to convince a judge that there is probable cause to detain the person for suspicion of some yet to be determined crime?
