Lust, much like beauty, is in the eye of the beholder. When I see a nude boy, I can really appreciate the beauty of his body. But I also can experience lust, which is what makes me a pedophile. There are people who can appreciate his beauty without feeling the lust. Unfortunately, I'm not one of them.

I think nude pictures or paintings of boys can be and often are beautiful and I consider them to be art. Even if the genitals are visible, I see nothing wrong with it. The penis IS part of a boy's body, after all. When boys are photographed just being themselves, such as at a naturist resort, I think that's fine. Same goes if the boy is posing for a legitimate form of art. The problem I have is when boys are photographed in the nude for the express purpose of inciting lust in guys like us. If the boys know they are being used as a sex object, even if it's just for pictures and even if they aren't nude, it could have lasting effects on their psych.

I think you're right that it wouldn't be appropriate to post picture links here, even if they're 100% legal. Some of us don't need the temptation. :)
