I often wonder about this in regard to nakedness. Before Adam & Eve did what they did, they were naked and not ashame; Afterwards, when they realized that they were naked, and heard the Voice of God, they became afraid because of it, and Adam said; "I hid myself."

We also read of how Noah's son Ham, and/or grandson, Canaan, saw their father's nakedness and went telling it to Shem and Japhath who walked in
backwards so as not to witness their father's shame.

Note: "When Noah had slept off his wine, he found out how his younger son had treated him." {in the Knox-Holy Bible.}

Even now in public places like the baths and gymnasia one is not to go naked in this generation of our Judeo-Christian tradition.

At 1Cor.7:9 it is said that 'it is better to marry than to be aflame with passion.' And what has all this to do with LUST?

Well, in my view, it seems about our Desire, craving, hunger, itch or thirst, and to be greedy or obseeive about it. In the Dictionary it says of "Luster" the state or quality of shining by reflecting light: glitter,
sparkle, radiant, lustrous; As I find in the male and female body with all of its' parts.

Beauty is in the eye of its beholder-But then there is LUST. and in the same
dictionary, I find it to mean: 1.sexual desire or appetite, esp. when uncontrolled or illicit. 2.a passionate or overmastering desire, yearning for or after pleasure.

And to be Lustful is to be full of or motivated by lust, greed or the like.
Thus we have many labels that seem to show the kind of our sexuality; as that of homosexuality, heterosexual, bi-sexual and so on.

Deep in the study of our human history, I find that we have got much from tht Tree of Knownledge of good and bad that has lead to both the laws of man and GOD.

Posting as I do, I hope that the things I say are not making me seem like a preacher or teacher, for such is far too much responsibility for me. It is only as I address your postings that I seem to be learning more as I try to address you, and the questions that you are asking.

Thanks for reading them and I hope you find them as I do yours, most fine and interesting, and some of them really gives me food for thought and also makes me laugh.
