I was on the tube in London and there was this balding middle-aged guy with the most beautiful blond boy (about 14?) hanging off him the whole journey. They were so wrapped up in each other that it seemed far far too intimate to be just father/son. As I was getting off the tube I overheard the boy talking - in Italian.
