Hm, I got involved in a long debate once on another board about whether epithumeo, the 'lust' word in the new testament, indicates erotic charge or actually devising a plan to make an adulterous or other extramarital sex event (involving 2 or more people) happen.

The word is a typical word, vey polyvalent, used in all sorts of contexts, and yet the more you look at it, the more unlikely it seems that merely harbouring an erotic thought about another person is 'lust.'

We are biological beings and the notion of sex is part of our biology. Though some thought control is a good idea, there are limits to what could be considered reasonable in a framework of 'my yoke is light.'

I don't think merely thinking about another person erogeneously is lust. When you start hatching a plan for exploitative or other transgressing sex, then that's lust. I know others will disagree with that but it's scripturally quite defensible, in a long, long essay about all the uses of epithumeo and its Hebrew and Aramaic counterparts.

Anyways, in case anyone was wondering if you were really a youth?? or not, your television story just proved your authentic youth nature. When I was 18 I also once, just to prove it was possibly, had an orgasm while thinking about a grapefruit. For better or for worse, that level of supercharging doesn't last. And its very much para physin (contrary to nature). Males are supposedly at the pinnacle of their sexual abilities at 18. It's the closest you'll get to having superpowers, so enjoy it. But I suspect that asking, let's say, a 30 yo to try your remedy might be a bit like asking him to leap a tall building in a single bound.

Our sexual impulses are ultimately supposed to be in service of our love, anyways, and we may be better off rehearsing our own program than watching someone else's.
