Jesus gave us a list in his "Sermon On The Mount" as to "Happy are Those-"
and so on. And the letters tells us even more about the task before us.

As we try to live by what Jesus said at Matt.4:4 I feel is what it is all about. And when we do so, I feel and think it can and will get easier.
