I did have more stuff than just the Jock Sturges books, to be perfectly honest. There were some pictures (nudes) that I had printed off the web and some legal gay magazenes and even a few legal gay porno videos. Of all of it, I think the pics that I printed from the computer were the most damning, but even that stuff was of the same caliber as what can be found in the photography books like Jock Sturges. But yeah, they used all of it to bring charges up against me and made it stick. Abuse of the legal system? Oh yeah, most definately, but there is no way to fight such a thing. I just took my plea bargan and let it go at that. It really stinks but it's probably a lot better than trying to fight. From what I've been told from some people who have been around, when you try to fight the man, you will lose and lose big. I could have gone to prison. And that would have been a lot worse than anything that has happened to me for sure.
