A lot of atheists stress that they can't choose what to believe.

Do we choose to believe or to do anything on this earth? Are we just robots with no mind able to process information or make decisions? Or should we only apply this when it come to dealing with religions?

There are no choices, nor are there demons.

Joshua 24:14

14 "Now fear the LORD and serve him with all faithfulness. Throw away the gods your forefathers worshiped beyond the River and in Egypt, and serve the LORD. 15 But if serving the LORD seems undesirable to you, THEN CHOOSE FOR YOURSELVES this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your forefathers served beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD."

Have you read the Bible a demon is a fallen angel and the Bible speaks much about them. And then what about the demon possessed people the Jesus Himself cast out of them.

Again Clearly it states in the Bible: THEN CHOOSE FOR YOURSELVES this day whom you will serve.

The reason we are told to have faith is so that the teachings of Jesus could spread.

Romans 4: 13-14

13It was not through law that Abraham and his offspring received the promise that he would be heir of the world, but through the righteousness that comes by faith. 14For if those who live by law are heirs, faith has no value and the promise is worthless

I could use many more scriptures on faith but this one clearly points out that righteousness comes by faith. So that is not the only reason we have been given faith.

and because of the way some people's brains are structured they simply require evidence and CANNOT HAVE FAITH.

Matthew 12: 38-39

38Then certain of the scribes and of the Pharisees answered, saying, Master, we would see a sign from thee.

39But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas:

And yes this scripture does apply because what they where asking for was a sign and a sign is evidence. And the sign Jesus was referring to was His own death and resurrection.

Matthew 4: 4

4But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

The word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God is the Bible and that is what I live by and is the only book that I will quote from in a discussion such as this. I have nothing personal against you but I can not agree with your statements when I know what the Word of God says.
