Should laws be based on concepts as trivial and subjective as "it just bothers me"? Surely a nations legal system should be based on more solid footing than that. Aren't you opening the doors to a wide variety of laws banning things that are perfectly ok, but happen to bother someone? The sudden surge of torture movies ever since the first "Saw" and "Hostel" really bothers me, is it time to establish (or strengthen if your country already has one) a censorship board to ban such filth?
