I think you hit the nail right on the head my friend. Another good friend emailed me and suggested that maybe I should do a BBQ for just the adults in the family, to become a little closer to them and to show them that it is not just thier son that I am interested in. I think that is a great suggestion as well.

I'm not sure how this whole thing is going to finally play out but I am keeping God in the foreground always. I know it is not out of meanness that she is saying these things, it is out of fear. And I can understand and respect that. Love is the destroyer of fear and God is the author of love, so I am convinced that somehow this will end.
