Well, this is all getting rather confusing. But I meant to say I was thinking of Happyness with Will Smith, but the movie was actually Happiness with an i. And yes, Ben gazarra did indeed play the boy's grandfather in Happiness. It was a very weird movie with a lot of characters that had major issues in their lives. The boy's father was a pedophile, but otherwise was a very good father. Problems arose when he molested his son's friend. The famous last quote was because earlier in the movie the boy was (I think) lamenting to his father that he couldn't ejaculate yet. Towards the end of the movie, after his father had been arrested for molestation, the boy was masturbating while watching a bikini clad woman. This was the first time he ejaculated, and he felt he had to tell his relatives of the momentous occasion. A weird side note (there were numerous weird side notes in this movie) was that the family dog licked up the boy's ejaculation and then proceeded to trot out to join the rest of the family and lick the boy's mother's face.
