good to know that others operate the way I do! I find it very helpful to pour out my feelings on paper in that sort of way; and I sometimes find that God replies. This is very much the same as that of the Psalms - though they follow to the pattern of Hebrew poetry in that pairs of lines say the same thing. Incidentally I recommend Psalm 123, especially the last few verses, for BLs: a psalm reflecting our constant experience of feeling condemned all the time.
