Where I stand with my feelings towards boys and other males is defined very passionetly. I have come to learn that attractions are not sin, but what you do with those attractions can become sin. Being attracted to males and only males.. is difficult. Not sin, but painful. One can be attracted to a woman - not to the point of lust, marry them, become one in the flesh with them and live a life full of God's Blessing. One can be attracted to men, but cannot become one with or marry one. How painful, living a life without God's blessing. One can live a life, knowing the beauty of other males, but not lusting. It is possible, and those who do everyday are blessed by God. I am just so sick of people branding people as pedophiles and child molesters and whatnot. It gets so annoying. Those who struggle with attractions to boys and men - they're just like everyone else, they want to be with them, sexually. It is only natural. But people do it everyday, people are attracted to young boys - and yet they have never touched one innapropriatley. But they are still branned. People say 'programs don't work' then they turn around and talk trash about pedophiles - they have no faith. Even those who know Jesus Christ think people are beyone self control, beyond hope. IT JUST MAKES ME SO MAD. People come to Jesus, they say "Jesus, I know who and what I am, but I cannot, and will not let a boy become an object, I will not hurt one as I have been hurt." People come to him everyday, admiting thier attractions, and say, I will not be a sin to slave. What about the rest of the Christians? They just think there is no hope, Jesus can't possibly help a pedophile. Jesus said take up your cross and follow me. He said, "If you don't want that sin, then bring it, and only through me will you put it to death like I put ALL of sin to death." People care. ATTRACTIONS don't die, but do they need to? There is hope, there is self control, there IS FREEDOM in Jesus Christ. WE ARE NOT hiding behind relegion as some might say. HIDING BEHIND JESUS? HIDING FROM WHAT? SIN? Sin is nothing compared to the power of Jesus. People like me everyday struggle everyday with our attractions. Watch one as he struggles with his addiction with porn, he will mess up, it is inevitable. So we pat him on the back and say, "Keep it up." They're are people like US EVERYDAY, who live lusting, maybe. BUT, even then, do you see us messing up?? Do you see us molesting kids, patting eachother on the back, saying it's okay? NOO! Because we GIVE A CRAP about Jesus. PROGRAMS DO NOT WORK, JESUS CHRIST DOES! And only through Him, is any freedom. There is hope. There is self control for those of us who know Jesus. We said "Jesus, help me, I do not want to sin any longer." They will pick up there cross and follow Him. For those who do not know Jesus, there is no hope. Theyre are boys out there, boys and men everyday who will live in sin and have no regrets. There is no hope. Attractions are not sin, but in some ways a blessing, we see boys in a different perspective, some are them without cloths on, but we care, we are convicted. Some of us see the real beauty in boys, a wonderful creation, God's greatest masterpiece. Just remember that the next time your branding someone a child molester.
