Sin is a sickness and a disease and always causes death despite the pleasure that we experience, the emotions that we feel and the thoughts that we have. God is not mocked and we reap what we sow. We must base our faith on the Word and be led by the Spirit and not trust in our natural sinful nature.
We are in a war between the flesh and the Spirit and we need His strength to overcome and be victors.
