Am I legally allowed to be a celebate BL or can I get into trouble for just being born ? What are my legal rights to exist in this world?

I realise its not something I wanna run around announcing to the world but not knowing my legal rights makes me apprehensive at times when I feel like talking to a pychologist/ pyschiatrist to vent.

Ive never done anything wrong or illegal and never will but regardless I still cant bring myself to open up to a pyscholigist because Im both scared if I could get into trouble mainly because I dont know anything about my rights and and Im also emberrased and ashamed talking about feeling of being attracted to younger guys, I find it degrading, shameful on my ego and especially Im also scared of peoples ignorance and wether the pyscologist might misunderstand me or wrongfully judge me or assume that all BL are a risk to society.
