Nope. I am still friends with a few boys I have loved. But I have no sexual or romantic attraction to them any more. Funny you should ask this at this time, because very recently I got a call out of the blue from someone I had known as a boy a very long time ago. I had completely lost touch with him and hadn't heard from him in years. He now lives very far from me. I have also changed locations since we knew each other, but he tracked me down via the internet. It was great to hear from him and we talked for over an hour. He revealed to me that he was gay. I let him know that him being gay was fine with me, I had no problem with it. I also diplomatically let him know that I wasn't gay just so there wouldn't be any misunderstanding. I thought everything was cool since we talked for a long time after the "revelation." We exchanged e-mail addresses and phone numbers. But he hasn't replied to any of my e-mails or returned any of my calls. I have called several times and at different times of the day only to get his voice mail, so I suspect he is using caller ID to screen his calls and doesn't want to keep in touch, even though he said he did when we talked.

I was never sexual with him, but now I am beginning to wonder if he may have picked up on some unintended signals from me that I was attracted to him. Maybe he found me in hopes of starting a gay relationship, and now that he knows I'm not gay, he is no longer interested in keeping in touch. Kinda weird and more than a little hurtful.
