ummm dude showing and receiving physical affection is not abuse.

there is a relationship first, whether it's a friendship or more. i'm not sure why you think they will regret such a relationship cause usually people dont regret making friends with someone because they were hugged or kissed...it's usually because they were betrayed in some way.
