I remember my fave priest actually raising the subject with me many years ago - a very tightly buttoned-up 18 year old.
He said it was perfectly natural and nothing to be ashamed of - only thing: dont do it too often as then it can become quite selfish and introverting.
I wish I could have taken that more on board!
