Well blaze, I'm glad it had a (positive) effect. It was just a thought I had one night, based on a thought I had one afternoon when I found myself unable to take a nap until I "let go" of all the thoughts that were bothering me. It was a thought that had an effect on me, so I thought I ought to share it.
