I encourage you to believe the word and the Spirit and not to follow the flesh - if we live after the flesh we will die but if we live and walk in the Spirit we will live. Allow the Holy Spirit to sanctify your imagination, lustful thoughts and desires are not of the Spirit. Let the fire of God into your life to burn up the impurities and to fill up your heart with a greater desire to love Him and please Him.
You do not owe the flesh anything - it must be crucified with Jesus so that you can walk in newness of life.
