Hi Aaron,
Having seen more than one MAA try to relocate to another country... sometimes it works out quite well, and sometimes it doesn't. As for bringing the girl back to America... she's living at home, bud! I read in your post a lot of emotional roller-coaster, vunerability and conflicting feelings and thoughts. Be aware of what you need and try to evaluate if that is really what you are going after. It seems to me that your emotions regarding your soon-to-be ex-wife are pretty raw to be racing into another rocky relationship. But then, I never was much for women. ;) Throwing caution to the wind can sometimes be a good way to distract oneself from an unhappy present. Perhaps that in itself is enough justification for going to England. However, the crash will present itself sooner rather than later, methinks. Lastly, an attempt at happiness (or perceived getting closer to your goals) is better than simple resignation to a life of dull meaningless. I pray that you might find solace, calm, hope and friendship in your new church family. Peace of Christ, Bach |
