Of course it's never the best thing for a husband and wife to be seperated, but in your case I think it might just be the best thing. You've had to live with SO much strife with her. And I know that you feel that you failed your marraige, but I don't think this is the case at all. Cat, I don't think I have ever seen or kown anyone who has EVER tried any harder than you did to make things right between you and her. Just look at all you have been through to try to make things right. And no, you didn't fail! If it wasn't going to be, then it just wasn't going to be...period!

I have been praying that God would just give you some relief from all the stress you have been going through, and it looks to me like He has answered my prayers. Yeah! Thank you Lord! Maybe things haven't turned out like you wanted them to, or imagined that they should; but maybe they turned out the way God, in His infinate wisdom, wanted them to. And if that is so, then praise God!
