When you think about it you will see I'm not grasping for straws.

My wife and my church believe this way.
I am making a stand against them.

That is a lot of pressure being placed on my position.

So naturally I have to examine myself and having done so I feel confident in my conscious before God that I don't agree with them.

This week I'm meeting with my pastor to tell him I don't agree.... it will be a challenging confrontation.

This morning I had to hold my ground against my wife. Last night she wrote me a letter along the lines of "I wish you could see the lie you are bound up in and let it go". I told her I don't believe its a lie.

I think my self acceptance is at a high when I can take a stand against the two most significant and life impacting relationships in my current circumstances.
