Thank you Chris for taking the time to respond to my message, I truly appreciate it. One of the reasons I have come back to the board is that I do feel lonely at times, because nobody in my immediate circle of friends and associates could ever relate to what I am going through. Your idea of the band is a good one, doing something with your YF that is interesting to him. My YF is really into working out and playing sports, and unfortunately, I am not. He would work out 24 hours a day if he could! He is also really into sports, and knows all the names of the football players on any given team. And again, it is not my interest. But you are right, if I really want to spend that quality time with him, then I have to be willing to do things he is interested in, rather than being so selfish. And to tell you the truth, there is nothing like the age when they worship the ground you walk on, it is truly priceless. Thanks again!
