It is a shame they found out about his past, It is not right being treated bad for that. Instead he should be rewarded for doing his job like everyone else, well, not rewarded, but to be treated as everyone else.

He made a mistake, it is over with. I hope positive things will come to him now, especially if he shows he is a good employee. And Chris, i know you can be a good friend to him there.
