I guess I have volunteered for the job. I know how it feels to be the outcast, the butt of jokes and the underdog, so I don't mind at all. I HATE it when people all gang up on somebody and treat him or her that way. So, yea, I am his friend. And like I said, I think I might just have to go to our personel director if this dosen't stop. He has the right to work there just the same as anyone else, as long as he comes to work on time and does his job; which he does as far as I know.
