18 If there is a man who lies with a menstruous woman and uncovers her nakedness, he has laid bare her flow, and she has exposed the flow of her blood; thus both of them shall be cut off from among their people.

This is just a couple of verses down from the "man as with a woman" and the animal verses in Leviticus 20, so I don't think the category of law has changed.

Without even having sex, arguably, merely by uncovering her nakedness (since this could be a euphemism for penetration but also might very well not be), the man has caused the couple to earn expulsion from "their people."

Let it be so, then -- men who look upon their naked, menstruating wives must be deported.

And not to another majority-Christian or Jewish country, please!
