I think you are trying to fix something that was not meant for you to fix. I think you should continue be there for your yf with support, advice, your LOVE FOR HIM and your prayers. You can only do so much to help him, he will be the one who will make the decision on what he wants to do. I agree with cat, I think this plan will lead to a lot of hardship for you and the relationship you have with your yf. Sometimes all you can do is help your yf pick up the peaces when he comes to his senses. Watching him do this to himself is a hard thing to do but if you let him know that you will always be there for him no matter what, he will most likely come back to you for that help and support and love!!! I know that I don,t know everything and might be wrong, but do pray about it and make sure that you are doing what is best for all involved in this situation.
