BE CAREFUL when saying stuff like that.
If someone told me the reason something isn't a certain way is because
(in saying this, they are implying that they KNOW this)
It's not God's will, or else He would have done it by now, I would be slightly disgruntled.

The instant we say "he would have done it by now"
We are trying to make sense of God, put Him into words. The second we say that, we have made God (to ourselves) something he is not.

The words

-Maybe
-It Seems
-Perhaps

are crucial in conversing about this.
I know this because I have made this error before.

But realize we don't know it all.

So by saying
'You know, perhaps this isn't God's will, I don't know for his will is different for all of us, but maybe he would have acted sooner IF this was his plan, or maybe not.'
sends an entire different message!
