Not so fast! I don't think CSL is disrespecting God.

He and you and I are Christians and the holy spirit is always whispering to us about God's will - most likely if we're in prayer, but perhaps also at other times. Oh yes, we have to be very cautious and non-arrogant about sifting these messages out of our own desires and whims, but the bottom line is that God wants to inform us. Counsel us. Give us a counsellor.

The most directly affected is Cat and I wonder if he knows in his heart what God's will is in this case. He is probably the most spoken to, and I think his heart is open and inquiring.

Immanuel, God with us. We have been given something special.

The religion of the celestial, majestic God who is beyond comprehension and can only be bowed to is fundamentalist sunni Islam. The lord has given us another path. Even the Quran itself agrees about this (speaking of Cats, here's one among the pigeons for you!)!
