I do agree with you in your comment that he may just be an ordinary horny straight teenager. Teenagers have all those newly discovered hormones driving them crazy and they will often want to have sex with just about anything, and who better than a trusted friend? And I also agree he may regret it later.

So I'm glad we can agree on a few things. However, dating is the process of finding out if you are compatable enough with another to take it further. Basically, it's a trial period to see if marriage might be in the future. It's not just 2 buddies going out to have some fun. And I'm sorry, but the Bible doesn't offer any instances where 2 men can be married or have sex in God's plan. So 2 men or boys dating is just playing at sin. And I would never encourage anyone to play at sin. I admit that I find this teaching very hard to understand since I have a hard time understanding why any kind of sincere expression of love would be sinful. But I can't pick and choose what parts of the Bible I feel is right and what are wrong. If a part of it is flawed, then it all is flawed.

That being said, I do have a few Christian gay friends, some who live in a committed relationship which involves sex. I still accept them as friends and brothers in Christ, since I am certainly not perfect. But don't say it's ok with God, because it just doesn't wash.
