I like Cognitive behavioral theory generally. But it has its limitations.

I don't believe inherent things like personality or sexuality can be changed by cognitive behavioral methods.

I found his instance that "deviant" sexuality was completely conditioned and therefore changeable disturbing to be quite honest.
