First of all I have to tell Rainboy...

I CAN'T KEEP UP WITH THE THREAD! Sorry about that. I have been printing out the long posts and taking them home to read. It's been great reading to be sure. So, what I will do is just soak up all the reading and come up with my own reply that I can write on either Friday or Saturday, ok? It's the price I pay for having to do my internet stuff from the Library. But I gotta tell you, it has been a really good thread and I appreciate everything I've read so far!

Ok, the good news. Last Sunday evening I was sitting down to some tv before turning in for the night when all of a sudden there was this loud banging on my front door. Now I never get company that late on a Sunday night, so I said "This better be good!" as I opened the door. There stood a teenager of 17 with long red hair and a beard. I asked him if he was lost or something and he just said "Uncle Chris?" It was my nephew whom I haven't seen in over eight years! He and my niece (whom I had not seen for just as long) were there to see me! Good Lord I almost fell out right there. I hardly recognised them at all. I haven't seen either of them since they were just young kids. So I told them to please come in and we sat down and talked for a long time, until it got to be late. Oh man! I love them so much and have missed them so much. We all hugged before they left and I told them that my door is always open to them and that they could come see me any time they want. I hope they do, but I have thier cell phone number and I have also invited them to come to my church when I play guitar next. It's kind of a slow beginning to get to know them again, but hey, it's been a long time.

That's all I have for today. I'm praising God for this gift for sure!
