I agree that Scripture describes us as all evil, but "monsters" is going too far.

Man is the image of God, despite his corrupted fallen state.

Whilst some of our actions are indeed monstrous, yet we still are beings created in the image of God for His glory.

And at the end of the day it is that image that will prevail and all the evil will be stripped away.
