I think you will find if you ask married guys if being married takes care of all their sexual needs you will find that most still masturbate from time to time.

And I think you will find it quite unbiblical to say that something can't be overcome until marriage. Then we would have to say... "oh well, he can't help sinning cause he's not married". Yes marriage is the provision for sexual passion, but lack of it is not excuse to indulge.

Plenty of guys can't take advantage of the marriage provision, either because they are not married or because women don't do it for them sexually. What are they meant to do?... that is my question.
