*first, alcohol is not a good comparison as hunger to get drunk is not a natural hunger... sex drive is. Secondly, getting drunk is an extreme position wherein one loses self-control. Moderate drinking would not be a problem. I'm advocating a moderate, self-controlled practice.

*If your friends are wanking about people they know in real life then they are NOT doing what I have suggested.

Is there any evidence that suggests that people who wank are more inclined to engage some real person sexually? Personally, I find moderated masturbation REDUCES my sex drive.
