I do not believe that God created liars, thieves, blasphemers, murderers, haters of God, sexually immoral people etc.. It is written that God created us, male and female and said that it was good. When sin entered the world through Adam and Eve disobeying God and believing the devil, then all people born inherited a sinful nature like Adam. Our specific sinful desires and weaknessess come from our sinful nature - it is not God's creation. It is the devil who is behind all evil not God.
Jesus offers us a new life in Him with His grace, His strength, His Spirit.
Our trust needs to be in Him, our eyes upon Him, our hope is in Him. He promises us that He will change us as we follow Him.
I pray that this might help you to understand that God did not create you to be a BL - it is inherited from Adam when he sinned.
