Its quite simple really brother.

John 3:16"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son. 19This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. 20Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. 21But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God."

You take hold of this with two hands and you NEVER let it go.
If you have faith in Christ YOU WILL NOT BE CONDEMNED.

Its not because of your success or failure that you get saved. Its because Jesus loved you and gave His own life for you. Freely and without condition. You need only to accept it and hold on to it. Who you are, what you are, what you do... its all irrelevant to the issue of your salvation. If you believe that Jesus has given you the gift of life then you stand against any lie that tells you that you are damned to the darkness. Refuse to believe anything that would condemn you. This is faith... to trust that God will save you just as He has promised you.
If any other thought gets into your head you boot it out and you stand by what God tells you in the Scripture (Rom 12:2 "be transformed by the renewing of your mind"). He loves you, He's saved you, He won't reject you.

As to getting through the struggle, you lean on His grace, you ask for help, you do the very best you can. But it sounds like you are already there bro.
