I still am really sorry to hear about the troubles you and your wife are having. I really pray that something works out for you!

Now, I don't want to be too nosy, but have you looked into any little blue pills lately? Or maybe some not so little blue pills, if necessary ... like urinal-puck sized blue pills? All joking aside, it might be something to look at if you haven't already.
