It means "Almost a Y.F.". I have a kind of dilema on my hands man. There is a woman who just started going to my church the Sunday before last. She was there with her 12 year old son. Well, our Pastor asked for prayer concerns and she spoke up and said she has just moved into town with her two children (one of them wasn't there that day) and she is on government assistance and looking for work, etc. She is living at a kind of nasty motel right now because it's all she can find and she dosen't have any furnature. So she's living there in a small, one room efficiancy with two kids and a dog.

Suddenly I realised that I could have an opportunity to have a real YF. Maybe. I know the boy dosen't have any kind of father figure around and by the way he is acting I can tell he really needs one and is actually kind of looking for one. He is latching on to more than a few of the men in our congragation.

Anyway...I don't have much time to write...I can tell his mom is also trying to latch on to people as well. To try to get them to help her. It dosen't look like a good situation to me at all but I feel really bad for her kids. I called my Pastor and spoke to him about it because he knows a lot more about her situation but he pretty much warned me not to get too involved. I'm not sure what to do as of yet. I will write about this some more tomorrow when I have more time, but any thoughts on the matter would be welcome.
